HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
COACHING IS A GUIDED CONVERSATION THAT SHOWS YOU HOW TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT YOU WANT AND WHERE YOU ARE CURRENTLY AT.

GEN X WOMEN
MIDLIFE
WANTING MORE
We were born in the 70s and 80s and find ourselves with one foot in the past and one in the future.
We grew up with fax machines, encyclopaedias, and a phone on the wall.
Now we're tracking our sleep on Apple apps and realising there's a thing called the patriarchy.
One world shaped by tradition, duty, and sacrifice. Another shaped by choice, independence, and possibility.
We are navigating expectations our mothers never faced and freedoms they never had. We are trying to bridge a gap.
As we move through midlife, time begins to feel different. More precious. More visible.
We find ourselves asking different questions about who we are, what matters, and how we want to spend the years ahead.
For many of us, this is a period of reflection, exhaustion, courage, and grief.
But we have to make time to talk about ourselves and place ourselves in the conversation.
One that includes new beginnings, reinvention, direction, and being true to ourselves.
This is the kind of conversation we are having, preciousness of time, learning to believe in ourselves and our worth, teachings from our ancestors, belief systems, cultural conditioning, redefining maturation and spirituality, and making sure life is our call.
And perhaps most importantly, realising this chapter
doesn't have to be done alone.
