HOW THE WORK IS STRUCTURED
Unlike therapy or other traditional session-based approaches, where support is often limited to the appointment itself, my coaching, mentoring and strategic thinking partnership is a whole-process experience.
For this reason, payment is calculated per week rather than per session.
The work we do together doesn't begin and end in our weekly meeting. Real change happens as you take what we explore in session and apply it to your everyday life.
Ongoing support between sessions allows you to stay connected to the work, navigate challenges as they arise, and maintain momentum without waiting for your next appointment.
My role is not simply to provide a weekly session, but to support you throughout the process of creating meaningful change.

Each year I offer twelve 6-week scholarships (value $1,500), for people who cannot easily afford it.
Women 55+ experiencing housing, work or family difficulties.
People 18–25 supporting themselves through home, work or financial difficulty.
