A strategic thinking partner is someone who helps you think through decisions, plans and problems rather than simply handing you the answers or telling you what to do.

Sometimes clients engage me specifically in this role for a project.

Other times, after working with someone for a while, our work naturally moves into this territory.

In this role, we ask sharp questions, challenge assumptions, spot blind spots and look at the situation from angles you might miss when you're working inside it.

You bring what you're working on and we put it on the table.

It might be developing your personal brand, shaping a new business or offer, working through the next evolution of your creative practice, taking an early-stage idea to market, or simply having too many ideas and needing to work out which one has legs.

I've spent my working life developing people, ideas and projects.

I've developed businesses, originated projects, built brands, produced major public events, worked across government, community and business, secured sponsorship, sat on boards, managed teams and worked in hospitality, design and the arts.

With nearly a decade in private practice as a coach, I've also spent years working closely with the mind: belief systems, conscious and subconscious thinking, how we make decisions, the fear that  keeps us stuck and what gets us moving again.
