Its been a great transition and empowering for me to go from my own psychologist to my own life coach! I had no real idea what a life coach was, so I went in with no expectation other than self empowerment and grow as a woman. Maree, has been able to "coach" me through what has been a very turbulent time in my life and I've come out the other side of it with many new skills, feeling more independent and aligned with who i am as a person and what i do and don't want in my second 1/2 of my life.
