Limiting belief systems create caricatures of us.

We believe thoughts about ourselves that take us away from the truth and beauty that is intrinsically us.

Limiting belief systems allows the ego in and makes us act in a way we think it’s self defence.

But what it really is, is an act of personal betrayal.

Make no bones about it.

Many people die under the illusion of life as told by limiting self belief.

I'm not going too and neither should you.

It’s time to shake that shit up.

Get to the core and pull out the roots.

There is a whole undiscovered magnificent you hiding out under there.

Because you are soo damned good under there, it's totally mean of you not to share : )

We all understand Marie Kon Do and the magic of cleaning out our drawers. But what about the magic spark you get from decluttering your mind? That's really sorting it out.

Emotional clutter is like a fridge after a weekend of cooking and guests.

You just shove things in it so you can clear the bench to make space for the next meal.

So too, your head, like your fridge also needs a good clean out.

Because if you don’t it turns into a festering mess. Just like the fridge.

Emotional decluttering is the process of stripping back the mental, circumstantial and behavioural flotsam so we can see the core emotion that blocking you up.

At the core of all emotional clutter is an unchecked belief system.

It's a bit like tracking something whiffy to the back of the veggie crisper.

Once we attend to that, the emotion evaporates.

And the shift can be felt immediately.

There are three signs that you need to emotionally declutter.

You can't articulate how you feel.

You use words that invoke the browns.

I just feel crappy, shite, shitty, dark and off.

You use mask emotions to describe your state such as

Anxious, overwhelm or stressed.

Your using somatic language instead of emotional language to describe how you feel.

Exhausted, wrecked and out of it.

While these expression might feel accurate, they are too general to be of service to you moving them on. When I am focusing on a client in a clearing session, we get really specific about what the emotions are.

That means articulating the specifically so that we can get to the thought belief source behind it and clear that up.

Then we can work with pristine emotion and align that.

Your thoughts create your emotions, the feeling sensation in your body. The emotional, feeling and sensory perception is the energy that informs your somatics - the way you act and behave and show up and the way you physicalise. This is how you show up in this world, both internally and externally.

Even just articulating your emotion will give you insight into why you are feeling the way you do. You need to hold space for any emotion that is creating hurt, pain or discomfort.

See if it helps you.
