When what you want to do and what you end up doing when it comes to drinking wine is in conflict you are experiencing cognitive dissonance. 

Cognitive dissonance is an argument between your thoughts.

In my self coaching therapy process, I teach you how to discern the thoughts that come from these two thinking systems. 


We are always creating results. Either intentionally or unintentionally. 

This is especially true with wine.

Unintentional thinking feels like resistance. 

Intentional thinking creates flow.

When you get the results you want in your life, you are being intentional with conscious thought.

When you don't get the results you want in your life, you are unintentionally leading with your unconscious mind.

The process of my work is to show you how to uncover your limiting belief systems so we can sharpen your intentional thought.
